CatsPlay places a high priority on customer satisfaction and aims to ensure the return process is as hassle-free as possible. For a return to be considered, it must be requested within 7 calendar days of the item's receipt. Upon approval, a return authorization number and a designated return address will be provided by the brand. To facilitate a smooth return, items need to be in an unused condition, complete with all original packaging, tags, and documentation. A 20% restocking fee may apply if returns are made without the required authorization number. Return shipping expenses are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases where the item was received damaged or faulty. It is important to note that the original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable and will be subtracted from the refund amount. Customized or personalized products do not qualify for returns.
