Dispatched from a New Jersey warehouse, orders are sent within five business days. A standard shipping charge of $20 is applied to all Continental USA orders, whereas accessory-only purchases are subject to a $10 flat rate. For initiating a return, customers are invited to send an email to returns@getsunflow.com, including their order number and the reason for the return. Full-price, unused items can be accepted by SUNFLOW within 21 days of delivery, with a complete refund provided, less a $20 per chair shipping cost for the return. The original shipping cost and any premium shipping fees will not be refunded by the brand. For returns from outside the Continental USA, the customer will need to cover the shipping expenses. A $15 return shipping fee per box applies if accessories are returned separately. It is crucial to understand that all sale merchandise is final and non-returnable. Furthermore, items bought from third-party retailers cannot be returned to SUNFLOW.
