International orders generally reach their destinations in 4 to 10 business days, varying by location. Free delivery is also extended to auto-replenishment shipments in the USA and Canada. For expedited service, SBLA offers a 2 Business Day Express Shipping option at $15 within the Continental USA, excluding PO Boxes.
SBLA invites patrons to contact customerservice@sbla.com within a 60-day window for any faulty or damaged goods. For returns originating from the continental USA, a return portal is provided by the brand, and it is the customer's responsibility to cover the return shipping with tracking. Canadian patrons are advised to reach out to customerservice@sbla.com within 15 days to obtain authorization for their returns. International return requests are evaluated individually. Upon receipt of the items, SBLA initiates refunds to the initial payment method. Exchanges are exclusively for damaged or defective merchandise. A handling fee, matching the cost of the shipping label, is applied for refunds, whereas a $2 fee is charged for returns processed as store credit or gift cards.
