Once the returned goods are received, the brand ensures that the processing is completed within a week. A refund is issued within 14 days of the receipt of the returned item, via the original payment method. It's important to note that opened or unsellable items do not qualify for a full refund. In cases where the goods are damaged or lost during the return process, a refund will not be provided; thus, it is advisable to utilize an insured and trackable mailing service. For returns of gifts, if they are marked as such, a gift certificate will be issued. Otherwise, the refund will be credited to the purchaser.
