Committed to upholding customer satisfaction, ITEAD ensures that if a product arrives in an undamaged yet non-functional state, or if it is not the item that was ordered due to an error in shipping, customers are eligible for an exchange or refund. To facilitate this, evidence in the form of a picture or video must be submitted within 7 days from the date of receipt. Additionally, for products that remain unharmed, with the exception of giveaways and gifts, a 30-day seamless return and exchange policy is in place. Customers can obtain a complete refund if they initiate the return within 14 days of receiving the item; for returns started between 14 to 30 days, a refund of the product's value, minus shipping and tax, will be provided. It is important to note that the customer is responsible for covering the return shipping costs, as well as any customs fees or duties.
