Return Policy & Exchange Policy

DXL guarantees a hassle-free return policy for items that have not been worn or washed, and are in a resalable condition, within 90 days of the purchase date. A valid receipt or packing slip must be included with the return. When utilizing the prepaid return label, a $7.50 fee will be subtracted from the refund or merchandise credit. This charge is waived for faulty or damaged products and exchange requests. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable, except in cases where an error was made by DXL during the shipping process. Refunds for returned goods will be processed using the original payment method.
