A 30-night sleep guarantee is provided by Hug Sleep for items in the Sleep Pod and Loungewear Collections, enabling customers to return or exchange their purchases within a 30-day period from the date of receipt. Certain products, including the Hug Sleep Mask鈩? Hug Stretch鈩?Cozy Carry Bag, Pod Pillow鈩? Hug Body Pillow鈩? all pillowcases, and the Elf Sleep Pod, are considered final sale and do not qualify for returns. It is the customer's responsibility to cover the cost of return shipping, with refunds being credited back to the original form of payment once the return has been processed. For orders placed on or after November 1st, the brand extends the holiday return policy until January 4th, 2026.
