Eight Saints Skincare accepts the return of both used and unused products within a 30-day period from the date of purchase. To be eligible for a return, used items must contain at least half of their original contents. It is important to note that this return policy does not apply to subscription purchases or Discovery Kits. If you wish to return or exchange an item, contact support@eightsaintsskincare.com, including your order number and the specific products you intend to return. Any issues with missing or damaged goods should be reported within 7 days after delivery. A 15% restocking fee, along with the cost of return shipping, will be applied to any packages that are returned to the sender or refused upon delivery.
