Returns of non-personalized items are accepted by Kingfolk Co within a 30-day period post-purchase, on the condition that these items remain in their original state. It is the customer's responsibility to ship the item back, and it should be noted that shipping expenses are not refundable. Exchanges or returns for personalized orders are not permitted. Should a customer desire to exchange a non-personalized item, provided it is unopened and undamaged, the brand is willing to facilitate this request. However, the cost for shipping the item back to the brand, as well as the return shipping fee to the customer's address, must be borne by the customer.
