A 60-night sleep trial is provided by Airweave for mattresses, futons, and toppers. Should the product fail to meet expectations, a partial refund can be issued to the original payment method, after deducting a $199 transportation service fee and a 15% recycling fee. A minimum of 14 nights must be spent testing the item. Accessories are non-returnable unless they arrive defective, damaged, or incorrect; in these instances, support@Airweave.us should be contacted within 48 hours. During the 60-night trial, exchanges for items of equal or greater value are permitted, with a $199 transportation fee and any additional cost difference applied. For products purchased from third parties, the 60-night trial is not available, and such items must be unused and in new condition. A $199 transportation fee and a 15% recycling fee will still apply.
