For any full-priced purchase from The Self Styler that fails to meet your expectations, a credit voucher will be provided by the brand if the item is sent back within 30 days of receiving it. Refunds are not available for change of mind purchases at The Self Styler. It's important to note that all FINAL SALE items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable. In the event of a faulty product, return postage costs will be covered by The Self Styler. To be eligible for a return, items must be in their original condition, complete with labels and swing tags. Items that have an odor or are not in their original state will not be accepted.
