Return Policy & Exchange Policy

A 30-day return period is provided by Snuzpod, commencing the day following the receipt of your purchase. To begin the return process, an email to hello@snuz.com, accompanied by your proof of purchase, is all that's required. The product must be in an unused and new condition, preferably with its original packaging, unless it is defective. It should be noted that the cost of return shipping is not covered by the brand. In case you believe a product to be faulty, immediate contact with a detailed description and a photo is advised. For items that are unused and bought within the last six months, and once the defect is confirmed, a full refund will be available. For goods that have been used or purchased after six months and are found to be defective, Snuzpod will provide a free exchange.
