At Short Par 4, once a purchase is made, it is considered final. In the event that a customer receives an item that is either incorrect or damaged, exchanges are facilitated by the brand via the Mulligan Process. To qualify for an exchange, the product must be sent back in its original state within a 30-day window from the date of receipt. The brand does not permit exchanges for items that show signs of wear or damage following the initial delivery. Both return and exchange procedures can only be initiated through the Short Par 4 Mulligan Portal, a service exclusively provided to members located in the USA. This policy, however, does not extend to international customers, for whom all sales are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
