Jenny Craig provides shipping services within the Contiguous U.S. and certain regions in Canada, including British Columbia, Alberta, and Ontario. Orders for 2-week plans, which include both frozen and non-frozen food items, are dispatched in a single delivery. The brand typically processes and ships orders within 1 to 5 business days after placement. However, shipping times may extend if there are delays at the warehouse or with the carrier. Regrettably, Jenny Craig does not offer shipping to locations outside the Contiguous U.S., such as AK, HI, Puerto Rico, APO and PO Boxes, military addresses, other U.S. territories, and areas in Canada beyond the mentioned provinces.
