Free shipping is offered for purchases exceeding $35 or $50, depending on the site. Natura also ships to US P.O. Boxes and US Military addresses, subject to specific limitations. For Natura® turf, shipping is managed by UPS or a designated LTL carrier, and this service is not applicable to PO Boxes.

In the event of any issues such as a shortage, incorrect item, or damage, it is requested that these be reported within 5 days after the package has been received. For products that have not been used, returns are accepted within 30 days from the date of purchase for a complete refund, with the exception of shipping costs.
