My Gift Stop accepts returns of merchandise within a 30-day period from the delivery date, as long as the items are in an unused, unworn state, with all original tags and packaging. A full refund is provided under these conditions. However, if the original packaging and manuals are not included, a restocking fee might be imposed. It's important to note that shipping fees are non-refundable. For purchases made between November 1st and December 31st, the return window extends until January 31st of the next year. The brand provides complimentary return shipping for orders over $100 (excluding taxes and shipping costs) within the contiguous United States. For orders below this amount or those shipped outside the contiguous US, customers must cover the return shipping expenses.
