Jenny Bird provides complimentary returns for purchases made in Canada and the Continental U.S., with all returns needing to be initiated through the Returns Portal. For international orders, free returns are not an option; international customers should contact the brand via email at hi@jenny-bird.com to initiate the return process. To facilitate a seamless return, items must be in their original, unworn condition, and the original sale confirmation must be presented within 14 days of receipt. Regarding sunglasses, all original parts must be included, as any signs of wear or missing components may result in a partial refund. It is important to note that items from the Fine Collection cannot be replaced. Furthermore, final sale items, including Gift Cards, Pre-Styled Anklet Stacks, Super Solvers, and 48 Hour sale items, are not returnable. Nevertheless, full-price items purchased with a discount code can be returned, and a refund will be issued for the amount paid.
