Within 30 calendar days from the delivery date, non-sale, unworn, and unwashed items with original tags can be returned to James Perse. The brand mandates that all merchandise must be sent back in its original packaging, including any associated accessories. When it comes to gift sets, all components need to be returned together in their original packaging. It is crucial to understand that sale items, face coverings such as masks and bandanas, and limited edition goods like longboards and surfboards are final sales and do not qualify for returns or exchanges. Furthermore, the initial shipping charges are not refundable. Should a return fail to comply with the outlined conditions, it will be rejected, and no reimbursement will be provided. Additionally, the cost of return shipping, covered by a return label fee, will be subtracted from the refund.
