HOROW provides complimentary standard shipping, generally taking from 2 to 8 business days. Bathtubs and shower doors are usually delivered in approximately 12 to 15 business days, free of charge. Currently, the brand ships exclusively within the United States, with the exception of Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico, and does not support international deliveries.
HOROW welcomes return requests within 30 days from the date of delivery, provided that the product is uninstalled and in its original packaging. This policy is applicable exclusively to the initial buyer, and a purchase receipt must be presented. All items returned are carefully examined by the brand to ascertain their eligibility for a refund. Products that have been damaged due to mishandling will not qualify for a return. In the case of faulty or damaged goods, customers are encouraged to contact support@horow.com for an exchange. Upon receipt and inspection of the returned products, refunds are processed and credited back to the original payment method, usually within 7 business days.
