Hoppa recognizes the importance of flexibility, thus providing a 30-day return window from the date you or your designated recipient receive the items. In the event that your delivery is damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, it is recommended to contact hello@littlehoppa.com within 14 days post-delivery for an exchange or refund. Generally, the cost of return shipping is not reimbursed; however, if the returned product is deemed defective, presenting a copy of the postage receipt will lead to a refund of these expenses. Every item sent back is individually evaluated, and once the return is processed, the refund is usually issued to the original payment method within 14 business days of its arrival at the warehouse.
