Fleur Du Mal accepts returns on unworn items with all original tags attached, provided the return is initiated within 30 days of the order being shipped. A return fee of $8 is charged for refunds, while returns for store credit, exchanges, or ShopNow purchases are free. Sale items can only be exchanged or returned for store credit, and items labeled 'FINAL SALE' are not eligible for return. Returns must be processed through Fleur Du Mal's return system; otherwise, they cannot be accepted. For U.S. customers, returns can be managed through the return center on the brand's website. International customers can return items for a flat shipping fee of $20.
