The return shipping fee will be deducted from the credit provided. After an inspection, a refund is processed if the item remains in new and unused condition. For a seamless experience, all returns must be coordinated with Customer Service, which will provide an RMA number. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure the product is returned in new condition and in its original packaging. Additionally, tracking information should be sent to Customer Service. Should the item arrive damaged or used, the return request may be declined.
