For initiating a return, customers are advised to send an email to orders@anngish.com, including their order number and the specific item they intend to return. The refund, which will be processed in the same manner as the initial payment, will have the return shipping cost deducted from it. A 25% restocking fee is applied by the brand for designer and dealer accounts; however, this policy does not affect consumer returns. It is crucial to remember that the return process must begin within 14 days of receiving the delivery. Furthermore, custom orders and cut fabric are final sale items and do not qualify for returns.
