UPS Ground delivers in 3-5 business days and is complimentary for orders over $150; a $10 fee applies for orders under this amount. For UPS 2-Day, delivery occurs in 2 business days at a cost of $20, while UPS Next-Day ensures arrival in just 1 business day for $40. It should be noted that Zero Restriction does not ship on weekends or holidays. Additionally, UPS does not deliver to PO Boxes, which may result in delivery complications and additional fees.
Zero Restriction welcomes the return of any non-custom-embroidered merchandise for an exchange or a complete refund, provided it is within 30 days from the date of acquisition. A processing fee of $10 will be subtracted from the refund. It is important to highlight that returns and exchanges are not available for international transactions, including those originating from Canada, or from other retailers carrying Zero Restriction products. The brand requests a maximum of two weeks to finalize the return process.
