Wrist Aficionado provides a return window of 5 calendar days post-delivery, during which store credit is available for qualifying items. For a seamless return experience, it is requested that all merchandise be returned in an unworn and unaltered state, accompanied by its original packaging, tags, documentation, and the initial receipt. It should be highlighted that specific categories, including brand new watches, special order or specially sourced timepieces, engraved or customized items, handbags, leather goods, and any product labeled "Final Sale" at the point of purchase, are not eligible for return and are deemed final sale.
