Credits for all returns are processed to the original payment method by Donna Karan. International returns are welcomed, given that the request is initiated no later than 30 days post-delivery. It is the customer's responsibility to cover return shipping costs, with the brand not offering reimbursement for duties or local taxes. Products labeled 'Final Sale' do not qualify for returns. To facilitate an exchange, one must first return the item and then place a new order for the desired replacement.
