Woot recognizes that occasionally, purchases may not meet expectations, and as a result, the majority of products can be returned within 30 days from the delivery date for a complete refund. For customers who are eligible for a Fast Refund, the refund is processed by the brand just one business day after the package is handed over to the carrier. In cases where an order does not qualify for the Fast Refund, Woot guarantees the refund will be issued within 3-5 business days upon the item's arrival at the warehouse. When an undamaged and non-defective product is being returned, the prepaid return shipping cost will be subtracted from the refund. To ensure a full refund, clothing and footwear must be in a new, unworn condition and in their original packaging. It is crucial to remember that items that have been altered, resized, or damaged post-delivery are not eligible for return.
