Return Policy & Exchange Policy

Customers are encouraged to contact info@wavesrx.com to initiate a return. A 30-day return policy is provided by WavesRx, enabling customers to receive a full refund for any reason within this timeframe, even if the product has been used. For returns between 31 and 365 days, unused items will be fully refunded with prepaid return shipping offered by the brand. If the item has been used, a full refund is still available, but the customer will be responsible for the return shipping costs. It should be noted that specific items, including customized products and gift cards, are not eligible for return. In the case of exchanges, customers must return the original item, and upon its acceptance, they can proceed with a new purchase for the desired item.
