Exchanges are welcomed by Verdant Lyfe for any merchandise in its original packaging, with the deduction of the initial and return shipping expenses, provided that the items are returned within 30 business days from the date of receipt. To facilitate a seamless experience, it is required that the products reach the brand within 21 days following the submission of the return request. It is important to note that return shipping fees are not refundable, and for international returns, customers bear the responsibility for these costs.
