Turboant provides complimentary delivery for all purchases exceeding $49 within the 48 contiguous United States. A flat shipping fee of $15 is applied to orders below $49 destined for US locations. The brand also extends its shipping services to Canada for X7 Max E-Scooters, with an added cost. Generally, e-scooter deliveries are completed in 5-7 business days, whereas accessory shipments may require up to 12 business days. Should an address modification be necessary before dispatch, customers can contact support@turboant.com. It's important to note that Turboant does not deliver to PO Boxes, APOFPODPO addresses, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or any other U.S. territories.
Turboant provides a 30-day return window for the convenience of its customers. Prior to initiating a return, it is necessary for customers to contact support@turboant.com. For returns not due to defects, a 25% restocking charge is applied, and the customer is responsible for all shipping, duties, and tariffs. Refunds are issued only upon receipt of the returned items. A 5% processing fee is levied if an order is canceled before it ships. For orders that have already been dispatched, cancellation results in a 25% restocking fee, in addition to any applicable shipping and tariff expenses. Any claims related to shipping damage must be reported within seven days of package delivery.
