It is requested that the item be carefully repackaged, with the RMA number clearly marked on the exterior of the return package, and the order packing slip enclosed. In the absence of the original packing slip, it is suggested that a document containing the customer's name, address, and phone number be included in the return package. To expedite the process, contacting Customer Service for a Fast Exchange RMA number is recommended. The brand will promptly place the new order, charging the credit card for the total amount, including shipping, handling, and applicable taxes.
