At ThePaintStore.com, meticulous care and attention are dedicated to the handling of all material returns. Authorization must be obtained beforehand for any return process. Returns are permissible up to 14 days post-purchase, on the condition that the items remain unused and in their original, unopened packaging. Regrettably, obsolete, discontinued, altered parts, or liquid products do not qualify for return. It is the responsibility of the customers to bear the costs associated with shipping, taxes, and duties; it should also be noted that shipping fees are non-refundable. Refunds will be processed for the value of the item, minus a 20% processing fee. Any claims related to defective materials, shortages, or overages need to be communicated within 2 days of receiving the order.
