When it comes to returns, The Beaufort Bonnet Company provides customers with the option of a refund to their original payment method or store credit through a T.B.B.C. e-gift card for approved items. Upon approval of the return request, an email containing a FedEx shipping label will be dispatched by the brand. A handling fee of $8.00 will be subtracted from the total refund or store credit. After the return package reaches the fulfillment center, processing usually takes 5-10 business days. An email confirmation is sent once the return has been processed and the refund or credit issued. For immediate exchanges, new items are shipped within 5-10 business days via standard shipping, which cannot be expedited. Should the original items not be returned within 28 days, the full purchase amount will be charged to the initial payment method.
