When a reservation is cancelled and a refund is requested via TAP Air Portugal's Call Center or at one of their sales counters, a service charge amounting to 40 EUR 50 USD 60 CAD per ticket will be incurred. The refund, as guaranteed by the brand, will be credited back to the original payment method. In the event that the refund request is submitted online, no such fee will be levied. It is worth noting that TAP Air Portugal provides fully refundable ticket options, and no penalties will be enforced if the booking was made at least seven days prior to the travel date and the refund request is lodged within 24 hours of the purchase.
