Stella Blue Coffee provides a flat-rate shipping service to the Contiguous US, with fees determined by item weight. Generally, standard domestic deliveries take 3-7 business days. Subscription orders are shipped at no cost. Most in-stock items from the brand are dispatched within 3-5 business days (Monday through Friday), unless specified otherwise. International and expedited shipping options are not available. Orders placed after 2 pm EST will be processed on the next business day, while those received on weekends will start processing on the following Monday, excluding federal holidays.
At Stella Blue Coffee, an equal exchange of the same or a comparable blend at an equal or lesser value is offered for bags of coffee within 14 days post-purchase, provided there is visible damage or it poses a safety risk. The goods must remain unopened, in their initial damaged state, and in the original packaging. To initiate a return, customers are requested to send an email to help@stellabluecoffee.com. A $5.00 return shipping charge will be subtracted from the refund, with no reimbursement for shipping costs. Apparel and accessories can be returned for store credit, a refund, or a replacement up to 30 days after the purchase date, unless stated otherwise. It should be noted that coffee (whether grounds, beans, or pods), subscribe & save orders, Coffee Club orders, sale items, manufacturer-direct shipments, and on-demand products are final sales and do not qualify for refunds, exchanges, or store credit.
