Shimoda ensures a hassle-free return process. By accessing the My Account page, customers can easily initiate a return by selecting the Return Items link next to their order number and following the provided steps. An email containing the return label will be sent within 24 hours. If the label is not received within this timeframe, customers are encouraged to reach out to consumerorders@macgroupus.com, including their order number in the message. For returns from outside the country, customers can choose their preferred shipping service, such as UPS, FedEx, or USPS, and should note that they are responsible for the associated shipping costs. Upon receipt and processing of the returned item, Shimoda will promptly issue the credit.
