Sweet Sweat restricts its website orders to U.S. shipping only, with deliveries occurring from Monday to Friday. Orders placed after 12pm PT begin processing the next business day. For orders exceeding $120, a signature is mandatory, and they are dispatched via UPS. Complimentary shipping applies to orders with subtotals of at least $50, excluding yoga mats, and these are delivered within ten business days following processing. Once an order is placed, changes to the shipping address or method are not permitted. Orders intended for hotels, motels, resorts, schools, unverified addresses, or non-U.S. locations will be canceled and refunded.
Sweet Sweat provides a 45-day direct exchange policy for a wide range of products, including activewear, trimmer and trimmer bundles, pre and post sweat bundles, supplements, and more. This policy does not apply to final sale or clearance items. For resistance bands, ab wheels, and loop bands, a generous 365-day period is offered from the date of shipment. When handling refunds, the original shipping cost and a $7.50 fee, if a return label is provided, are deducted by the brand. It is important to note that returns cannot be dropped off at the Sports Research Headquarters and/or Warehouse and must comply with the Return Policy and deadlines.
