Renude acknowledges that alterations in preferences can occur, and the brand gladly accepts returns when a request is made within 30 days from the date of receipt. To be eligible for return, items should remain in their original packaging, unused, and in a condition suitable for resale. Customers are required to cover the return shipping expenses. Refunds are issued as store credit for future transactions, and shipping fees are non-refundable. For warranty claims, customers must submit their requests within 90 days of receiving the product. Although customers initially pay for return shipping, they will be reimbursed if the warranty claim is successful. Warranty claims are processed within a week, providing the option of a refund to the original payment method or store credit.
