RAVPower guarantees that every return is managed with an RMA number. Should customers need help, they can contact their reseller or get in touch with support@ravpower.com. A 30-day return policy is offered by the brand, and it is essential that all accessories and the original packaging are included in the return. Once the return package is received, refunds and replacements will be processed by RAVPower. Delivery and return shipping cost refunds are only available if there are quality issues. The RMA remains valid for 30 days from its creation date. Returns from overseas are not accepted if the customer took the product there; however, if the product was shipped there by the brand, RAVPower will accept returns for a refund.
