Should you be dissatisfied with your purchase, or if it arrives incomplete or incorrect, contact the brand's Customer Service at 631-474-5461 or support@lavenderfieldsonline.com within 30 days of receiving your order to request an exchange or refund. It is essential that all items are returned in their original packaging and in an unused condition within this timeframe. Items that have been used or soiled will not be accepted for return. Certain products, including furniture, fabric, wallpaper, custom or personalized items, and sale items (which are non-returnable), cannot be returned. Furniture orders can be canceled within 48 hours, but cancellation is not possible after this period. For some items, return authorization is required, and a free return shipping label is provided only if the item is damaged; otherwise, the customer must cover the return shipping costs.
