Returns lacking the brand's written consent will not be eligible for a refund. Any customer who sends back an item without approval will bear the responsibility for the shipping costs to retrieve it or will have to relinquish the product. Upon approval by QuietKat, the customer may opt for an exchange, receive company credit, or a refund. Cancellations of orders before shipment may incur a 15% processing and restocking fee. Additionally, returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee on the purchase price, along with return shipping fees. It is important to note that the original shipping charges are non-refundable.
