In the event that an order is returned because of a refusal to collect the parcel, only the cost of the item will be reimbursed by PowerTac, after deducting the initial shipping and handling fees, return shipping expenses, and a restocking charge of 50%. A period of up to three weeks might be required to ascertain the return shipping costs prior to processing the refund. Personalized or special items cannot be returned unless they are found to be faulty. While customers have the option to forgo the delivery signature with PowerTac, the brand does not assume responsibility for packages delivered without a signature or those that are stolen following delivery.
