Return Policy & Exchange Policy

Phiaton guarantees that all returns must be postmarked no later than 30 days from the date of purchase. The brand requests that any items being returned remain in an unused and new condition, complete with all original tags and labels. To begin the return process, customers are advised to contact Support@phiaton.com to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). Subsequently, it is required that the item be carefully placed back into its original packaging and sent to the designated address. Should a return label be necessary, Phiaton provides one for a fee of $6.99, which will subsequently be subtracted from the refund amount. It should also be noted that products listed under the Outlet and Accessories sections are considered final sales and thus, not qualified for returns. For issues related to defective or damaged goods, customers are encouraged to get in touch with Support@phiaton.com to facilitate a refund or exchange.
