Pedal Commander facilitates returns within a 30-day window following the receipt of your order, with reimbursements credited to the initial payment method, less a $9 processing charge. It is the responsibility of the customer to cover return shipping costs. If a return shipping label is requested, an additional $10.99 will be deducted from the refund. In cases where the returned product is found to be damaged or not in its original condition, a partial refund and an extra restocking fee might be imposed. For refurbished units, exchanges are allowed within 30 days if the incorrect unit was purchased; however, returns are not accepted.
