Return Policy & Exchange Policy

A $10 handling fee is applied to all returns by Parker Clay. It is mandatory for the items to be in an unused state, complete with their original packaging, and prior approval must be obtained for any return. Products labeled as final sale or sample sale, along with personalized and international items, are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange. Gift cards from the brand are also final sale but do not have an expiration date. For domestic orders within the USA, a refund can be issued within 14 days of delivery, and store credit is available up to 28 days after delivery. Nevertheless, returns and exchanges are not accepted for orders placed outside the United States.
