A 90-day return period is provided by Curated Brands from the date an item is received. Upon initiating a return, shipment must occur within 7 days. Refunds may take up to 5 business days to process. To facilitate a seamless experience, items should remain unworn, in their original state, and with the security tag still attached. Prior to sending back any merchandise, it is necessary for customers to secure a Return Authorization (RA) through email. It is important to note that customers are responsible for covering the return shipping costs. A 15% restocking fee applies to refunds, whereas store credit incurs a 10% fee; one free size exchange is permitted. Should customers receive damaged, defective, or incorrect items, they are advised to contact sales@curatedbrands.co before proceeding with the return. Final Sale items, however, do not qualify for returns or exchanges.
