OH LA LA CHERI facilitates the return of unworn and unaltered merchandise, complete with all original tags and in a resalable state, within 30 days from the date of acquisition. Refunds or store credits are offered for full-price and non-Final Sale goods. Items marked as Final Sale, complimentary gifts, and gift cards, however, are not eligible for returns. For products that are faulty or damaged, customers are requested to contact customercare@ohlalacheri.com, providing pictures of the issue and the order number. Upon receipt at the warehouse, processing of the return will be completed within 3 to 5 business days. It is important to remember that store credit can only be utilized for subsequent purchases once the return has been finalized.
