A 30-day return policy is provided by Sienna Naturals, under which customers must cover the shipping expenses for any returns. These shipping fees are not refundable. For initiating a return, customers need to contact Sienna Naturals via email at customerservice@siennanaturals.com to acquire the return address. Upon sending the items back and supplying a tracking number, a refund will be processed by the brand. Should a customer receive a damaged or incorrect order, it is necessary to send photos within five days of receiving the package. Cancellation of orders is possible only if they have not yet been dispatched. Subscriptions from Sienna Naturals renew automatically; however, cancellation can occur before the billing date. Once shipped, subscriptions cannot be canceled but may be returned in accordance with the return policy.
