It is important to note that attachments, accessories, Refreshed (refurbished) devices, and items from the Last Chance Collection are considered final sale and non-returnable, with the exception of instances where they arrive in a damaged condition. Furthermore, gift cards fall under the category of final sale and are not eligible for returns. To facilitate a seamless experience, any requests for refunds or warranty replacements must be pre-authorized, with a Return Authorization (RA) number being issued by the brand.
