Complete Natural Products places a high priority on achieving customer satisfaction by providing a 30-day return policy. Once an item is received, customers have 30 days to initiate a return. To qualify for a return, products must remain unused and unopened, be in their original packaging, and include proof of purchase. Only sealed bottles and jars are eligible for returns; items that have been opened cannot be returned. For shipments to the European Union, the brand acknowledges the right to cancel or return an order within 14 days for any reason, as long as the products are unused, unworn, in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
